¿Que hacer cuando la impresora no me reconoce el cartucho y manda un mensaje de error?

Este error se presenta cuando la impresora no reconoce el cartucho, ya sea por que no es el cartucho indicado para ese modelo de impresora o también puede ser cuando un cartucho es rellenado o recargado ya  muchas veces y por eso ya no se reconoce.

O simplemente porque el chip del cartucho se haya dañado, y por eso la impresora no logra tener comunicación con el cartucho y por lo tanto no logra reconocerlo. Y por eso la luz led del alarma se activa y también las luces de color ink o/y black ink que indican el color del cartucho que no se reconoce.

Aunque también se puede deber a que el chip del cartucho esté sucio y si es asi, se puede limpiar el contacto con alcohol isopropílico con una tela muy suave o con una servilleta de papel, con mucho cuidado y despacio para no dañar el circuito. También se debe de limpiar los contactos donde se coloca el cartucho, ya se con una servilleta o un cotonete para que sea más práctico.

Una vez hecho eso, se vuelve a colocar el cartucho en la impresora y debe ser reconocido, si no es así, hay un serie de pasos con el boton de cancelar.
