Starting From basics-
1. htc apps installation-

• Note- open all links in new tab for batter understanding,
• First of all Download htc apps Here
• then follow flashfire Guide from Here

2. Flashing htc framework, htc Camera, htc gallery-

• Download htc Zip file From Here and transfer into Device storage/-internal/external
• then follow flashfire Guide from Here

3. Flashing Boot logo-

• Download htc Boot Logo{note available, This IS a 1080x1920 px Logo but Not tested on This Device tested only on redmi note 3}  Here,
• {you can create own, using logo builder[mediatek only] Download Here} 
• and paste in adb folder, rename it logo.bin / splash.img
• open cmd on adb folder
• Connect your phone to PC via usb with usb debugging enabled
• type adb reboot bootloader to boot device into fastboot mod,
• then type fastboot flash logo logo.bin to flash logo.bin or fastboot flash splash splash.img
• Done type fastboot reboot

4. Flashing Bootanimation-

• Download htc Boot animation[ Full HD with Beat audio} from Here [direct link]  mirror
• Run Root explorer and Replace stock boot animation in system/media folder
• set permission 
• Done,
• Not- boot animation work only on Devices with resolution of 1080x1920ps

5. Changing build prop values-

• Go to system folder and edit build.prop file
• replace values like this
• For htc 10-

• ro.product.brand=htc

6. Changing Imei-

• Install xposed framework according your Device
• Download install and enable xposed imei Changer module from xposed/module
• reboot Device
• run xposed imei Changer and replace origenal imei by htc m10 imei[we can't offer this]
• Done,

7. Changing UI-

• Download and Install this Theme From HERE
• Run theme manager and apply sense ui theme
• Done reboot Phone,

8 Changing android id-

• Change android id using android id changer,

9. Done-
